  • Cut $100,000 in duplicate printing by redesigning and consolidating two legacy collateral systems after a merger.
  • Direct the agency relationship for a six-channel social program, originating campaign concepts and holding final approval on all creative, including sensitivity review of donor family and recipient content.

  • Led national communications strategy for the program's state grantees, aligning federal policy with public education and data-driven evaluation.
  • Drove a 361% increase in social media engagement and a 165% rise in media mentions through strategic content planning and a monthly Community Outreach Workgroup serving 100+ participants.
  • Turned federal health data and scientific guidance into health-literacy materials for non-scientific audiences, including the graphic and plain-language explainer for the program's Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report publication.
